I saw Cindy today and she will be my new dentist. She did her homework on me understanding I suffer trigeminal neuralgia,
and she needed to deep clean my gums, especially in the one area. Cindy explained what she needed to do without having an injection and the procedure only came across as sore. Cindy was very clear and made feel very relaxed.

Treetops Dental Surgery
The reception staff are always friendly and efficient. Appointment reminders are valuable. Checking in is easy. I wonder why, in my experience, I am rarely seen exactly on time and never before. I usually aim for an early appointment to reduce the likelihood of delay caused by overrun of previous appointments or emergencies. I am glad at least I am able to sit in a car, not all patients are so lucky!

The staff here are wonderful!
One of my children is not a huge fan of the dentist and is always very anxious when we have to visit. The staff do everything they can to make him feel better. They have even provided additional support to assist him in breaking his thumb-sucking habit. The surgery has gone above and beyond the level of service, I would expect.

I've just returned home following a routine visit for a check up and hygiene appointment.
Amandeep always takes the time to ask how the family are remembering the childrens names and always asks how my health is, as again he remembers that I suffer with my back.
I meantioned today I wasn't feeling too great and he disappeared bringing back a pillow to make sitting in the chair more comfortable for me. Not only that he ensured it was in the room where I went for my hygiene appointment.
It's attention to their customer service like this, that means I wouldn't hestiate in recomending this practice.

Amazing experience having braces. Viz is a great dentist and has lovely assistants too. Would definitely recommend. Removal of braces was fast and viz was very patient and calming with me.
