From start to finish my experience with Viz the orthodontist was excellent. Every appointment I was greeted with a very friendly approach which put me at ease with the whole experience of having braces. Thank you all at Treetops.

Always get excellent treatment
I have been at Treetops for many years. Always get excellent treatment and very fast responses if necessary.
Recently a front crown dropped out (it was 30 years old!) . Seen and sorted the same day by the excellent Dr Bhamber. Reception staff also helpful and give you confidence.

Amazing biteguard!
I have had a bite guard made by Steve the lab technician and honestly, I cannot fault it. It fits great and it didn't need any adjustment at all! If you are having any issues with grinding, clenching or jaw pain, I would recommend going to Treetops and having Steve make you one. Fantastic service, great practice and amazing staff. Cannot recommend them enough.

My visits at this surgery have always been excellent.
The receptionists are efficient, thoughtful and very pleasant.
My dentist is extremely professional and always looks after me and my teeth with great care and attention. I couldn’t ask for better care.
His dental nurse is lovely and also very professional and very kind.

Returning Phone calls
I had an issue with my teeth that needed resolving. The receptionist informed me that there were no appointments available for the next week and she would speak to the dentist. I waited 3 working days and had no contact from the surgery, so phoned again. I spoke to a different receptionist who fitted me in the next day and the problem was sorted. The service I received from the dentist and dental nurse was excellent.

Although I moved from Codsall 15 years ago, I have remained a patient at Treetops as the team are so accommodating and the work excellent. As most people, I was sorry to see Richard Glover retire, as he has always been fantastic with my treatment.
It always is a little unsettling changing dentist, particularly in the middle of a pandemic, but Dr Amit Pankhania has been so nice, and professional. His manner is caring and his work excellent as well.
