Very good as always.
Good contact prior to appointment with clear details for procedure on the appointment day. Safety measures were very good and made me feel confidant. All staff were very professional and provided the service and treatment that I had been accustomed to before the outbreak of Covid-19.

Such a wonderful dental practice
I can't recommend Treetops Dental Surgery enough. I had a particularly tricky problem which required root canal treatment in a tooth that was part of my bridge. I was nervous about the procedure but Chris was absolutely wonderful and I feel very lucky to be registered with such a wonderful dental practice.

Treetops Team Experience
I would like to give Treetops a Five Star rating. Throughout the pandemic, the team have always been on the other end of the phone to help with any concerns. They have been totally professional in the way they have handled patients, asking them to wait outside the surgery in their car until called for their appointment and then taking the patient's temperature before entering the surgery and leaving all bags and belongings in a secure box while seeing the dentist. It gives you a sense of security that they have been taking such sensible measures. The new dentist Dr Amit Pankhania is also first class in every respect. As a patient I feel very lucky to have him as my dentist.

I've been a very happy patient at Treetops for years, a recent clerical error however marred my opinion. I have faith however and I feel the error was a rarity and will not happen again. My recent treatment was carried out to a very high standard, Mrs Castro has done a fantastic job on my crown, I am very pleased with the whole process.

An excellent experience
I was a bit anxious seeing a new dentist for the first time but it turned out to be an excellent experience. Not only was Amit very nice but it was obvious that he knew exactly what he was doing and I felt just as happy as when I saw Mr Glover.

Treetops saves the day (and my smile!)
When I fell off a chair at school and knocked out some of my teeth, Treetops were able to see me immediately. They made sure I wasn't scared when I had my X ray and the staff hid the big needle from me when I had my anaesthetic. When my wonky tooth was extracted, they distracted me with a fun activity whilst they removed my teeth with the pliers.
