Treetops Dental Surgery

Slightly concerned that our medical histories were not updated.
The clinician was trying to be friendly and adopted a bit of banter with my son but when they had opposing views his rely was " Don't forget I have a big needle " ..... not exactly how you can I still trust and confidence especially with someone who has Aspergers.
Then when taking an X-ray I asked if my son could sit up , to be told that it was easier lying down , maybe the case for the clinician but not always for the patient, not easy to ascertain angles and not the most comfortable position for the patient.
When it was my turn for my exam I asked if I needed a scale to which he agreed, I was very concerned that he didn't wear PPE except for gloves , and the nurse only had a face mask on and no protective goggles and I failed to see hands being washed in between our exams. ( AMEG/GAEM)
As you can tell I am a dental professional with teaching experience , CBT , Radiography and special care qualifications.
Don't want to appear like I'm complaining or telling a clinician how to do their job yet if this can be done in front of a know dental professional it causes concerns for what happens at other times.

All receptionist, are friendly, welcoming, putting you at ease straight away. As a very nervous client, Polly and the dental nurses put me at ease, thanks to their understanding, and letting me know exactly what I would experience, I'm no longer terrified of going to the dentist. Thank you.

Reception staff and our dentist were fantastic. Dr Shah, is very attentive and approachable. My whole family always have a positive experience when visiting him for an appointment.

Have been going to Mr Richard Glover for too many years to remember. Truly the BEST DENTIST EVER. This dental practice provides a professional service on a consistent basis. Never in 40 years had a bad experience at this practice. The reception team are great; always a smile to greet you. Both Linda and Kerry have been part of the practice for many many years. The Hygienists are equally as professional and provide service with a friendly smile. I would never go to another dental practice.

Best dentist I have ever been to, friendly helpful receptionists to excellent dentists and nurses and a full time hygienist. This is a dentist for life! Dr Bhamber is a great dentist and really cares about his patients, I can highly recommend him.

First visit today and was put at ease immediately from the lovely welcome at reception right through to Dr Raj Shah and his nurse. Very informative and a great guy to.
