This afternoon, 06 September 2022, I had my teeth cleaned by Greg.; first time I've seen him here. What a absolutely lovely person and a real professional. He did an AMAZINGLY THOROUGH job and gave some sage advice to me which I will take on boards. Thanks Greg, you're a 5 Star Gold person, hope to see you again. And a mention too for the lovely Donna, always smiley and welcoming. (Had to add this review to my previous one as it appears Google doesn't allow me to add a second review for the same company).
Just had my teeth cleaned by Karen and Fran at Treetops. Most thorough clean I’ve had in years. Lovely people. Highly recommend. VERY smiley face!

I have a massive fear of the dentist due to many bad experiences as a child that have stayed with me .
I visited Mr Shah with some trepidation as I knew I would have to have a deep clean and have heard this is painful
Mr Shah put me at my ease he even numbed my gums before injecting me which made the process pain free then he started to deep clean I was extremely nervous but I can honestly say I didn’t feel a thing and through the whole procedure he checked I was ok and asked if I wanted a break his reassurance and concern that I was ok during the whole time I was in the chair was invaluable and my fear is beginning to decline
I would highly recommend Mr Shah for his compassionate and caring attitude and due to him my next visit will be easier thanks to him I will be able to keep the teeth I have which is priceless

Treetops Dental Surgery
Had an issue with serious tooth ache and Raj thought that root canal might be the answer, came back a week later for another check up and he said root canal was the answer and that he could fit me in that morning to start the procedure. This meant it saved me another journey coming back and having time off work, Raj and Meg work really well as a team and seem to have loads of banter together.

I have Pavlina Mineva as my Dentist and Charlotte as my Dental Nurse. I have to say that they are extremely professional and the kindest, most courteous dental people I have ever encountered, visiting any Dental Practice. They are both lovely ladies and are always welcoming, always with a happy inviting smile. I am always at ease when visiting for my treatment. I can't say enough about how pleasurable it is, when I attend Treetops. The surgery as a whole is a delight to visit. Very clean and efficiently run, with very kind staff. Everything is explained fully, nothing is hidden. I have nothing to say negatively about this practice, well done to all who work here but especially Pavlina and Charlotte who I would like you to praise highly. I hope very much that they remain with you as long as possible, well done to them both.

Dental Treatment
Staff are friendly and appointment booking quick and responsive. Equipment in dental room was missing and staff were repeatedly in and out to find equipment to carry out dental work. Dental work became loose after one day of treatment requiring return visit but that may be just a one off problem and the support received to rectify was excellent.

I had to have check up then xrays and an extraction. All the staff very friendly and helpful, my dentist Polly was excellent and made every effort to make it less traumatic. I had no pain or problems after treatment. Reasonably priced would highly recommend treetops.

Treetops Dental Surgery
I went to see my new dentist, Polly, today for a filling and clean and polish. I could not have been better looked after. I have a bad gagging reflex and Polly and her nurse Charlotte, were so patient and made me feel really at ease. I will actually look forward to my six-monthly appointment now.
