A good experience

Treetops is always a good experience. Professional in all respects. From Reception staff who are always very helpful and efficient, to hygienist and dental professionals a good experience.

Dental Treatment

The wait to see someone was ridiculous. Then to my surprise it was a new dentist. No prior notice had been given, which l found unbelievable.
The wait between dentist and hygienist was about an hour. I have been going to the same practice for more than 45years. This is the first time I have had to complain about the service.

I have been attending Treetops for some time now and have always found staff very friendly and approachable always rearranging appointments if I need to cancel without making me feel guilty. Treatment has always been well explained by the dentist. I would readily recommend the practice. Thank you.
