Treetops Dental Surgery

I called the surgery at 8.30am and Kerry was able to book me in at 10.30am on the same day. Peter the dentist was very thorough with his questions and examination and explained everything clearly. Am very happy with the service I received.

My experience with Treetops is always a friendly, efficient receptionist followed by a very professional and excellent dental technician and dentist. The excellent manner in which they know you are a nervous patient, really puts you at ease.

Had a very informative and good visit with my new dentist. She was reassuring and very helpful with everything. One of the best Experiences I have had.

Amandeep is a wonderful and kind dentist, who has shown me so much kindness and professionalism in the time that I have been his patient. He is a credit to the surgery. Thank you.

Always had a great experience with Treetops from the admin team to the dental and hygienist team! All are super professional, willing to be explain treatments fully and always happy to give advice and support. Dr Asad is a brilliant and kind dentist, kind and calm even if you're a bit nervous!

I genuinely do not say this lightly, but this is the happiest dental practice I have ever visited in the UK.

From the moment I stepped into Treetops Dental, the atmosphere felt different. It did not have that usual clinical tension people associate with dental visits. Instead, it felt warm, calm and welcoming. You can actually feel that the people here enjoy what they do, and that energy spreads to patients straight away.

Dr Asad was absolutely exceptional. He has such a calm and reassuring presence, and he takes the time to properly explain everything without making you feel rushed. You never feel like just another patient on a long list. During the treatment he kept checking on me and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. His care, patience and attention to detail really stood out. It made a situation that could have been stressful feel completely manageable.

Amelia, the nurse assisting him, was just wonderful. So gentle, so attentive and incredibly kind. She was always one step ahead, supporting both me and Dr Asad seamlessly. The way they work together is so smooth and professional, but also very human and caring. You feel safe with them, and that is priceless in a dental chair.

I also had my OPG done by Emma, and she was lovely. She explained what she was doing, made the whole process quick and easy, and kept me at ease throughout. Even something simple felt well looked after.

A special mention has to go to Polly Bhambra, the owner. She is one of the most humble and kind people I have come across. You can clearly see her influence in the culture of the practice. Everyone is respectful, friendly and genuinely caring, and that always starts from the top. It is rare to see leadership that creates such a positive and happy environment, and it truly shows here.

I walked out not just happy with my treatment, but feeling grateful. That is not something you say about a dental visit every day. Thank you to the whole team for making this such a positive experience. I would recommend this practice to absolutely anyone.

Charlotte was so kind and helpful. Explained I needed extraction, but would need antibiotics first as the cavity was infected. Would highly recommend Treetops, all staff are top class, and you know you're in safe hands

Great to meet my new dentist Peter today. He came highly recommended by my son. Peter was very thorough explaining hygiene needs and X-ray results and made me feel very at ease as I’m usually nervous of dentists!
