My dentist is excellent
Treetops Dental Surgery is a nice, clean building with friendly helpful staff. My dentist is excellent and always explains any treatment I need to have in full. I no longer have any real feelings of fear going to any appointments due to their care and attention.

Very happy indeed with the care
I am very happy indeed with the care I receive at Treetops. Everyone from the ladies in reception to the nurses are lovely, and my dentist, Amandeep, is so kind and reassuring. I have possibly months of treatment ahead of me, hopefully resulting in a denture I can wear all day instead of my existing one, which is very uncomfortable as soon as I put it in and dreadful after an hour or so. By the way, it wasn't made at Treetops. It makes a huge difference when having a difficult time if people are kind. I have had some very bad experiences with dentists in the past so I know what I am talking about! Very good wishes and thanks to all at Treetops.

Patients of Mr. Glover since 1972
My husband and I and subsequently our children, have been patients of Mr. Glover since 1972. Any treatment that I have needed over the years has always been clearly explained to me and executed with no pain!!
The assistants he has had in the surgery have always been friendly and professional and the Hygienists similarly so.
I had my grand-daughter (4 and half!) with me during my last visit and she enjoyed lying on the couch, and allowing Mr. Glover to look at her teeth too. (I took with me a letter of parental consent if required) She saw my x-ray and had explained to her what she was looking at! She was thrilled with the whole experience...maybe that was because she walked out with a balloon, stickers and a certificate!? This certainly bodes well for the 3rd generation of Treetops patients to have no fear of the dentist!!

A beautiful modern surgery
I have been going to Treetops Dental Surgery for over 35 years. I am very grateful for the excellent treatment I have had from Richard Glover over the years. The dental nurse and reception staff are very pleasant and efficient and it is a beautiful modern surgery.

Very caring and informative
I have been a patient of Mr Glover for must be 30 years. He in my opinion is very caring and informative of all the work he intends to carry out with his patients. He is the only dentist who knows how to administer an injection in the mouth without any pain. To me that means a lot. I think he has done wonders with my teeth considering that my teeth are not very strong. The nurses and staff are all very polite and considering no one likes visiting dentists they do very well.

I went to Treetops dental a year ago after having a bad experience at Willows dental, Wombourne . The dental hygienistwho seemed in a really bad mood really jabbed into one of my front teeth with the dentists hook and a week later I had pain in the area and it felt really tender.
I received neither help nor sympathy from the Willows so after trying three other dentists who suggested I have an implant even though I wanted to save my front tooth.
I saw Treetops advertised on Google and came to see Chris there.
I explained to him that I wanted to save my tooth and he suggested an Orthodontist in Shrewsbury named Jeremy who was able to get rid of the infection in my root canal and save my front tooth.
I came back to Treetops to have a new crown for the front tooth after the infection had been gotten rid of at Shrewsbury.
I honestly don't know what I would have done if I had not gone to Treetops and saved my tooth.
Huge thanks to Treetops , Chris and Jeremy and will always be grateful I found them on Google.

Dental Treatment
I came for 2 appointments. First appointment was with the Dentist who was pleasant. I was not fully impressed. I felt appointment was rushed considering it was an initial consultation. Second appointment was with the Hygienist, I showed up for my appointment which was not booked on your system "so much for penalties applied to customers who are not attending or cancelling less than 48hrs". Hygienist was pleasant. Again was rushed. Trail of question were asked to begin with in a fast pace with no eye contact at all. No explanation/communication of what will be done was provided. This also was the first time ever to have part job done due to appointment duration restriction!! A manager at reception was professional and provided excellent customer service resolving my query with regards to the Hygienist appointment. All in all I'm sorry to say I was not impressed and I will cancel my future appointments.
