Happy to recommend

I have been a patient at the practice since the late 80s. I have always found the staff to be extremely professional but friendly and welcoming. Treatment options available are explained clearly and my opinions and wishes are met. I don't feel pressured into having treatment that I do not want. I would be happy to recommend to family and friends that are able to afford private fees and I hope to keep coming to the practice for as long as I can afford it.

Impressed with the efficient way my request for an emergency appointment was dealt with. Given appointment for the next day and then received a phone call with an appointment later that day. What great service!

Always received excellent treatment

I really like Dentist Mr Burns who has an excellent manner and I have always received excellent treatment. He always explains the options carefully and together with nurse will put me at ease. Receptionist Kerry is always helpful and welcoming. The hygienist I see - Carol always is very good too. The practice now seems much more modern and efficient and I don't dread coming so much any more!!

12 months ago I had a hygienist who I do not want to visit again. This time I had a new hygienist who was very good and also a new dentist who I have to come back to see but overall very pleased with both.

Friendly and Welcoming

My hygienist was friendly, informative and made a very good job of cleaning and polishing my teeth before l moved on to see dentist Mr Peter Reece and although l am a fairly new patient of his l have found treatments and checkups an excellent and pleasant experience, a friendly and welcoming appointment.
