I can’t recommend Charlotte Jones highly enough. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel completely at ease. The whole team is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional.
The Charlotte took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and carried out the treatment with real care and confidence. Everything was done calmly and pain-free, which made a huge difference.
It’s clear you’re in very capable hands here. Excellent service from start to finish — I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Charlotte to anyone.

Had a tooth extraction and Simran Shergill was brilliant, she made feel at ease and reminded me to keep breathing as I tend to hold my breath in those circumstances.
I did not feel any pain even though it was a tough one to get out.
