I have been disappointed in recent visits 1. That I received no quote for the £110 lab fees prior to being asked quite correctly to pay.
2. The amount o f time it took to get a 20 minute appointment with my dentist for a non urgent issue. 28th Dec to 12th Jan.

My usual dentist had retired, but unfortunately I wasn't informed of this, I found out in the newsletter. So firstly, I would suggest a phone call to advise people of such changes would have been nice. When I arrived I still wasn't told I would be seeing a different dentist, I only knew this because the text prompt had a different dentists name. Again at the reception desk they could have told me. That being said I have always had a really good experience at this practice. The receptionists are always super polite and my new dentist, I think her name was Sharon? Was absolutely lovely, extremely thorough and professional. The same can be said for the hygienist, I have a different one each time, but they are always fabulous, very professional and informative.

When visiting the dental practice with my father we were greeted by the lovely reception staff, then shown to the clinic by Chris our dentist whom we found very helpful and informative about the treatment that my father required. I would commend Treetops to all my family and friends.

I had some teeth come lose and Richard Glover saw me immediately and solved the problem. Richard has been caring for my teeth since 1984. When I came to him my teeth were in a dreadful state as I worked all over the world and work had been done on them in different countries. Richard completely restructured my teeth and they were tremendous. Before Richard I had a plate and various gaps but he cured that problem in 1984. I was so fortunate that a friend introduced me to Richard. A great man and I recommend him to everyone I meet. You are very fortunate to have such an incredible man working in your dental surgery. My wife hated going to the dentist before Richard took us over and now she never bothers as Richard has never hurt.
