Too rushed, good dentists not given time. Seems like a moneymaker. Very sad to lose Dr Roberts , such an expert. May have to look elsewhere. Shame.

They were amazing
You get a reminder which is helpful, reception staff always friendly and polite. My Dentist (Chris) and Dental Nurse (Gemma) are utterly professional but make it a personal and as relaxed an experience as possible. I had a relatively difficult procedure and they were amazing. No one really wants to go to the Dentist but if you need to go - go here

Generally it was a very good experience but systems had changed and the dental nurse now collected you from reception and I had a different dentist that I also had not been informed about.

We have introduced a few changes recently including that where possible either the dentist or the dental nurse will come and meet each patient in reception and escort them to their surgery. All in all excellent service
Excellent service. I arrived ten minutes before my appointment time, but I didn't have to wait at all, the nurse was in reception and said I could go in straight away. Which is good. Went into the dentist room and the dentist introduced himself as Tom. He was very nice and listened to what I had to say. Then he just got on with what he needed to do, again which was great. All in all excellent service from start to finish. I would have no problems recommending Treetops to anyone at all.

Patient at Treetops for the last 46 years
I have been a patient at Treetops for the last 46 years and have always received skillful, excellent, caring treatment. Doctor Roberts always explains the condition of my teeth and what and why various procedures need to be carried out. He takes great care with injections and always makes sure my mouth feels comfortable after any fillings. The receptionists are friendly and helpful and I am grateful for all the care that has been given to me at Treetops over the years. Thank you!

A patient at Treetops all my life, I think I’m one of the few who enjoys going to the dentist. The staff are always professional and friendly and the surgery waiting room which has seen quite a lot of changes over the years has always been comfortable and as I’m generally early I’ve spent a bit of time in there. I am lucky to have had the same dentist all these years whom I have the utmost confidence in. I moved further a field but still come back to Treetops even though I have dentists local to me. Keep up the good work!

Mr Glover, senior Dentist, is perfect, courtesy personified, informs of what state my mouth is in, explains exactly what and how is required, works as a team member with me, treats me so respectfully. He could not improve, and has charming and personable approach.
