I have been with tree tops for 40 years and Mr Williams was my dentist for most of it. When he retired I was wary as to who was going to fill his shoes but my new dentist, Christopher Burn is fantastic. Such a friendly man who puts you at ease. Mr Williams also had a knack of incorporating hygienist and check ups that synchronised really well so you were not waiting around. The 3 of us were there for 1 hour 20 mins yesterday because hygiene appointments were disorganised. It’s a good job we only have to go every 6 months

Welcoming, helpful and pleasant
Reception staff have always been very welcoming, helpful and pleasant, the same applies to my dentist. I have had bad experiences in the past with other dentists but I can honestly say Mr Richards has without a doubt made me realise there is good dentists out there. He is such a perfectionist and so good at what he does, unfortunately he is retiring and I'm hoping Treetops find someone with his very high standards.
