I have been attending Treetops dental surgery for the last 6yrs and have always found the staff, without exception, friendly, professional and kind. Today, however they exceeded themselves My usual dentist, Mr Koonar wasn't available for an emergency � appt so I saw his colleague Chris (sorry I don't know his full name). I was frightened of what was about to happen, like many. Chris was patient and kind, and explained everything he was going to do. He allowed me the opportunity to discuss alternative options and we decided on a course of action together. Initially a little painful as my gum was anaesthetised but was to be expected. My dental nurse had also finished for the day but stayed with me, which I feel went above and beyond (again I'm sorry I don't know her name). All in all, a very positive experience, and I can't thank your staff enough xxx

This is an excellent practice, great atmosphere friendly staff and first class dentists. I had to have a filling and although they never very nice it went great, my dentist made me feel relaxed and explained what he was doing throughout. I left knowing id had excellent treatment

Been regularly visiting Treetops for last 30 years. Used to be petrified of the dentist until I came here, but that soon went away. Always made welcome by the girls on arrival and by my dentist and hygienist. Mr Roberts.

Filling
I have been with this dentist for about 35 years. It is quite expensive as they only have Denplan or private spaces. I was always NHS until they went to Denplan and basically said there was no choice. My sister who has always gone there has moved to an NHS dentist recently and I am considering it myself once I have completed my course of treatment.
Sometimes it is difficult to get an early or late appointment and therefore you have to wait ages to get a non urgent filling done.
The staff are very friendly and professional though and because I have been going there for so long know my name without me telling them which is a nice touch.
