I attended an appointment today for a filling, I was very nervous as this was the first time I’ve had an issue with my teeth. My new dentist, Charlotte Jones, was professional and kind and explained all of my options in depth, allowing me to make an informed choice on my treatment option.

Sindy as always was very pleasant and gentle. Listened and addressed my concerns with good explanations

Being an extremely nervous patient I was very anxious about meeting Charlotte for the first time. I need not have worried. Charlotte was pleasant and friendly and put me at my ease. She was very thorough and explained everything to me. I know I am a difficult patient and she treated me with care and respect. Thankyou Charlotte, for making what to me is an ordeal, a much better experience.

A week ago I went for treatment with Dr Peter Reece. He and his nurse provided very kind and competent treatment and now my dental problem is resolved thank you..

Last minute appointment with a dislodged crown. All repaired in a few minutes. Excellent care and service. Would recommend to anyone.

He is also very knowledgeable and will only do procedures if he thinks they are absolutely necessary.

Another great job done by Dr Amandeep and his lovely Dental Nurse Sandy. He literally re-built my molar tooth that had a crack from front to back. I actually thought I would have to have it taken out.

I'm so pleased he persevered with fixing it. I was in that chair for a while, but it was well worth it.

Tooth Extraction - I had been waiting over a year for this appointment at New Cross Hospital and following the consultation there, unfortunately they made me even more anxious. So I contacted my dentist back at Treetops to ask if there was anymore options so that I didn’t need to have it done at the hospital. They contacted their specialist dentist Neeraj Pattani to ask him to check over the X-rays to see if this was something he could do. It was a more complicated case as the tooth root was very close to the sinuses. Treetops contacted me and told me that Neeraj was happy to do the procedure and that I could bring someone with me for support. On the day of the extraction, I was extremely nervous. From the moment I walked into the surgery they immediately tried to make me feel relaxed. The receptionists were reassuring, the dental nurse and Neeraj. He talked over exactly what he was going to do and he was so calming and reassuring with everything. There was no rush, I felt heard and both Neeraj and Emma (my dental nurse) made me feel so comfortable. The tooth extraction was nothing like I imagined. I didn’t even feel him take the tooth out. He was speaking to me the whole way through telling me what he was doing and Emma having a comforting hand on my shoulder to reassure me she was still there and I was doing so well.
Having had such a bad experience previously at the hospital and the thought of having to go there again and have something like that happen again terrified me. I cannot thank the staff at Treetops enough for how they treated me and made me feel. They were amazing and we are so lucky to have such an amazing dentist here in Wolverhampton. A huge thank you to Neeraj and Emma for what they did for me on that day. Their kindness cost nothing but meant the world to me. Thank you Treetops.

I joined Treetop Dental early this year and have had a a few appointments with the Surgery already. The whole team are always really friendly, professional and helpful with each visit I have had.

Very recently I had a wisdom tooth extraction with Dr Jonathon Willis and Nurse Emma Middleton. They were both amazing each step of the way, kept reassuring me throughout the whole procedure & always checking that I was ok.
