As a very nervous NHS patient I have recently had to have 2 fillings. Asad Butt and the dental nurse were amazing! Asad worked with me to begin to overcome my fear and talked me through every step. He put me at ease and both were very kind. If you are a nervous patient this is definitely the person to see, I can’t recommend him enough! I have been attending for a few years now, everyone there is always so welcoming, polite and happy to help.
Vicki the dentist I saw was absolutely lovely. She was very thorough with everything that was explained to me and was able to answer any questions or queries that I had. She made me feel very comfortable and was so kind and talkative! Such a lovely lady!

Loss of front tooth crown, great service from all
I would like to say a huge thank you to the guy who works in the dental lab, I think his name is Steve, who worked through his lunch to produce a false tooth to replace the crown that came off. I would also like to thank Charlotte for fitting me in although I am not her patient and my dentist Cindy who has been amazing throughout my dental care I can’t thank her enough and particularly when the crown came off she moved her list around to be able to sort me out, I am so grateful. I would like to say a final thank you to the receptionist who immediately called me back after leaving an answer phone message and organised all the appointments. I'm very sorry I didn’t catch your name but you were amazing also, professional and organised.

They are all very professional but also so lovely, they make you feel at ease. I’ve hated every experience at a dentist until signing up. I had Jodie for my scan who was lovely and answered as much as she could. I had Sindy for my dentist who was so gentle and understanding
