Attentive to our needs
On arriving the staff are always welcoming and attentive to our needs knowing we are travelling from Lincoln. Amandeep Bhamber is our dentist and I cannot praise him enough he is excellent and a real attribute to the practice. His manner always puts you at ease and goes into great detail about how your teeth are.

Excellent Urgent Appointment
After thinking I had an infection in one of my wisdom teeth, I rang Treetops on New Years Eve to ask, on the off chance, if they had any appointments available the same day at such short notice. To my relief they did, as of course I can make guesses about my condition all day long, though I am not a dentist and I need a professional diagnosis. I have never been seen by Dr Bhamber before, yet my appointment was excellent and efficient, advising me on my issue and giving swift treatment to solve the problem. My relief was indescribable after I knew I had been seen by a true professional. Dr Bhamber - Your precautionary antibiotics prescription was a godsend! I remain on the mend but noticed improvement after only the first dose, and I am very grateful that you advised antibiotics as such.

Wonderful service
I would like to thank Amandeep for seeing me yesterday, I had a problem with my tooth which he checked and x-rayed and thankfully it was okay. Today I had to visit Treetops with severe pain. My usual Dentist Asad was on leave so I had an appointment with Peter Reece. He put me at ease, listened to what I had to say and helped to try to resolve the problem. He gave some excellent advice for the future care of my teeth. I would be very happy to see Peter again.

Excellent and professional
Important to have confidence and trust in you dentist and both of these are present in Dr Bhamber. He is very thorough in identifying any current issues and always explains the options for treatment. This time he showed me the X-rays in detail. He explains what he is doing and works as quickly as is possible. Always with the least discomfort. Confident, relaxed and cheerful.

A brilliant service all-round.
I am a nervous patient but the professional and friendly service I receive from the reception team through to the dental professionals themselves is always reassuring to me.
