I had a short Invisalign check up with Charlotte Monk, and had a positive appointment with a small amount of IPR (a small amount of enamel removed from a couple of teeth). I can't say I enjoy this, but it's part of the bigger process and necessary for the treatment. It was explained to me and quickly dealt with.

Seen quickly and Sindy was professional - throughout - felt comfortable and did the fix in no time - much appreciated

Staff were very friendly and my check up & Hygiene appointment were excellent. I was given lots of information relevant to my condition, and they had also made sure I had the downstairs appointment I had requested.

I saw Charlotte for my 6 month check up. She was very relaxed and made me feel completely at ease. She did a very thorough examination, listened to any concerns I had and offered options I may be interested in, with no pressure to use. A five star visit!

From my first appointment amandeep was very kind caring and committed too making me feel comfortable and at ease I had not visited a dentist for some time due too fear and panic attacks however I was recommended Amandeep and took the plunge.....second appointment yesterday too scale clean my teeth he did a great job so thank you so much see you soon for the next part 😊

I recently had a first appointment with Dr Sindy J A Castro who was brilliant, she talked me through all the steps of the appointment and made me feel very comfortable. At the end she walked me through care plans and next steps in a clear and informative manner. I would highly recommend booking in with her.

I was really happy with my first appointment with Sindy, she was very friendly and put me at ease , as I was a bit daunted going to a new dentist, having not been for a couple of years . Sindy was very thorough with the X-rays etc and explained everything very well, and was very personable . My overall experience at Treetops was very positive and would highly recommend them .

Hardeep is a conscientious dentist and excellent at putting you at your ease. He always takes time to make you feel comfortable and confident in his skills. I have always been with NHS dentists, but the appointments were very short, and during my last visit I was suddenly told I needed five fillings and that my teeth were in bad condition. This was surprising, as six months earlier everything had been fine, so it definitely raised a red flag for me.

My husband goes to Treetops, so I decided to try it for myself — and I’m so glad I did. I had a proper, thorough examination with X‑rays and scans, and was told my teeth were absolutely fine and that no fillings were needed.

I see Peter Reece, who is extremely good. He puts me at ease straight away and is very professional. I also see Kaye Higgs as my hygienist — she’s easy‑going, explains everything in detail, and we always end up having a laugh. They both make the whole experience so much more comfortable.

All the reception staff are very friendly and always greet you with a smile. A big shout‑out to Kerrie and Louise, who are always so welcoming and genuinely ask how you’re doing.

I cannot thank Treetops Dental Surgery enough. They’ve completely put my mind at ease, and I feel confident knowing they keep a close eye on my teeth to make sure they stay healthy. I would definitely recommend this dental surgery to anyone who has anxiety or concerns about seeing a dentist — they are truly the best.
