Well where do we start, welcome by Kerry and your two lovely receptionists make you feel relaxed from start, saw Kaye and her nurse who is absolutely, amazing always hated this part but since Kaye has been part of the team no more do I get worriedm such a lovely lady, ah then on to Amadeepm now entertainment goes with the job herem forget why your worried about Dentists visits as I guarantee you will never know that your treatment is being done, talks you through and makes you relax although I have renamed him Amerjit since his holid.xx

Very thorough and effective
The recent visit to the surgery went very well. As ever reception worked well to meet and greet. The dentist was professional and friendly with plenty of advice and information. The hygienist was again very thorough and effective.

Marvellous
Having broken a front tooth off at the root whilst travelling to a holiday in the southwest, I returned home immediately. This was a bank holiday Saturday. I phoned the surgery at 8.15 on a Tuesday and was given an appointment with Amandeep for 9.10 on the Wednesday. He gently tidied up the remains and kept my denture for an additional tooth to be added. I returned at 2.00 pm the same day and had the new denture fitted and it has been marvellous since. Well done Amandeep. It was once again a pleasure to meet you and have a chat, and to meet your new nurse Macie.

I've only been attending this Dental practice for a few months and during this time I've had nothing but the best service from each and everyone of the Staff there.
It is a very clean and tidy reception area with excellent facilities. There are steep stairs to upper floors.
The Receptionists are patient, kind,sympathetic and really do their best to accommodate you with appointments. Thank you to them x.
My Dentist is wonderful, Cindy is very gentle, takes time to make sure all your options with treatment is explained so you understand how procedures work. She is friendly and kind, listens to any fears you may have and makes sure you are comfortable.
I am very happy using Treetops Dental Surgery and would like to say thank you to all who work there.

One of my teeth broke leaving an extremely sharp edge and point that damaged my tongue.without having an appointment I called to the surgery and explained my predicament…Kerry was superb and was able to get me in with the minimum of delay to see a dentist who was equally excellent and in no time at all had sorted my issue.
