Treetops Dental Surgery

To describe myself as having dental phobia would be an understatement. So much so that I haven’t seen a dentist in over 15 years. I first visited Treetops in March 2024. From the moment I walked in the door I was welcomed and felt reassured. The dentist I saw was Vikki and Nurse Jodie. From that moment both of them have been what can only be described as angels sent from heaven. That may sound dramatic but when your fears are as big as mine were, I have no other description that could convey what they both have supported me in overcoming. They have treated me with such compassion and kindness, they truly listened to me, worked at my pace and understood what I needed as an individual to complete the treatment that was necessary. I have written this review not only to thank them for supporting me in facing my biggest fear, but to also encourage others who are frightened. I truly believe that if I can overcome this then so can you. Please if like me you are researching for the right dentist for you, look no further.

I’ve been using this dentist for over 35 years and the staff are always extremely friendly & professional.
On the odd occassion when I have needed treatment elsewhere in the world, I have always regretted not being able to visit Treetops! It’s only then we you realise that all dentist practices are not the same and that yours is much much better than the norm!

Excellent dental practice. Receptionists always so polite and helpful. Dentists and hygienists knowledgeable, professional and kind. Excellent treatment; nothing done that isn't needed. I'm 63 and still have my own teeth and want to keep it that way! I know that with Treetops I'm always assured of the best treatment available.

At my last routine examination Dr Butt established thatI needed a filling to one of my front teeth. I was anxious as to how such a prominent filling might look but as he always does Dr Butt did a superb job.
Getting sufficient anaesthetic into my upper jaw at the front wasn’t fun but the dental nurse chatted to distract me while Dr Butt injected which helped a lot. The filling work itself was skilled, thorough and completely painless. The colour match of the filling to my tooth is perfect. After a week I cannot tell exactly where the filling is. Dr Butt’s attention to detail is superb.

The team are always punctual, professional and very friendly.
They also offer plenty of really useful advise on dental care.

A stand out dental surgery, the reception team were so informative and friendly. Dentist & nurse so reassuring & kind. I saw the hygienist too who was so thorough, I normally I don't like hygienist visits yet this has changed my thoughts completely. I would definitely recommend Treetops.

Having been to many dentists over the years, I became fearful of dentists to the point that i didn't visit one in many years until i began having issues and thankfully found this amazing surgery that have been my husbands family dentist since he was a child. Have now been coming here for a few years and can honestly say, the treatment is second to none. I now attend every 6 months for check ups and hygiene treatments and they put you so at ease, i don’t worry at all about my 6 monthly visits. I have also recently had some issues with bruxism, which Peter (my dentist who luckily has a special interest in bite) has managed to sort out and explained everything thoroughly so that I totally understood what was happening, why it was happening and how best to fix it. Highly recommend.

I started coming here last year having not been to the dentist for years as I had allowed a fear to get the better of me. I’ve needed a lot of treatment since and Asad has totally put me at ease, without judgment always take great care explaining everything well. Amelia and Jodie are absolutely brilliant too and always welcome me with a big smile.

Good treatment

I used to wonder why people went private as had always used an NHS dentist, but equally had always had problems with my teeth, a friend suggested I tried tree tops and all I can say it's worth every penny (pound!).

After 10 plus years of constant pain and feeling like my teeth were going to fall out and lectures from the NHS dentist about brushing correctly I found myself having to use corsodyl mouthwash daily and yellowing teeth as a result, i was even told at one stage i may loose the lot.

After the recommendation from a friend i contacted tree tops and they booked an appointment for me with Sindy Castro and within less than a year of changing to tree tops my teeth were whiter and gums are as they should be, I no longer have dental pain and my teeth are firm and don't wobble nor feel like they are going to fall out.

And as for the cost, I'm now on denplan making it an affordable option to continue with the same high quality and professional service delivered here.

After having my first hygienist appointment, the difference is even more apparently, 30mins just on cleaning my teeth and advising me of areas that I need to concentrate on, don't think my mouth has ever felt so clean!

Also had a couple of emergencies along the way caused by falling over and almost knocking my teeth out myself or grinding my teeth, I've been seen the next or same day and receptionist staff have done their best to get me in quick, meaning i feel confident that my teeth are now in safe hands. And none of this we can see you in weeks or months that i was used to.

My advise to anyone would be to do the same, as you can't put a price on being free from dental pain and safe in the knowledge you will get the best possible care.

I was booked in for 3 fillings as part of my plan. The reception team were polite. The dentist talked me through what was happening. Overall really pleased with the level of work done.

From reception to treatments everyone was friendly and professional. Special shout out to my Dentist Amandeep who is always cheerful and puts you at ease and also does a great job.

Treetops have been looking after my for years now and i can't fault them at all. The reception staff are so friendly and aim to help in any way from regular appointments to urgent care. My dentist puts me at ease and makes going to the dentist as nice as experience as going to the dentist can be 😁

Lovely practice and always made to feel very welcome - would recommend to anyone!
