Wanted to say a big thanks to Charlotte for seeing me at such short notice owing to tooth ache which turned out to be an infection requiring antibiotics. I appreciate what you did so much, I didn’t know where to put myself the pain was so bad over the weekend. I actually got some sleep last night… and ate some breakfast 🤩😁 Blumin love you x 👍

Always make me feel welcome
Even though I am nervous going to the dentist, all of your staff including admin always make me feel welcome and put me at ease.
There is a level of kindness at your practice that is rarely found in companies these days.
I would highly recommend you.

I am terrified of dentists! The whole practice do there absolute upmost to genuinely care and make my experience amazing, from the lovely reception staff (who truly ensure nothing is an issue and are delightful to talk to) to the emergency dentist and my regular dentist also. From someone who hates the concept of visiting a dentist I am comfortable and cared about every time I walk in the door, which is massive to me.

Great dentists - always get really good service here from both the dentist and hygienist. All the staff are lovely. They were able to fit me in on short notice too when I had a painful tooth infection.

Emergency appointment for loose crown
I was extremely thankful for the quick return call from receptionist who gave me same day appointment. The extremely kind and gentle dentist removed a very loose crown and gave me a temporary filling and further appointment. I am a nervous patient and couldn’t have wished for a better dentist and treatment. Thank you.
