Treetops Dental Surgery

The new NHS dentist was very lovely, he took x-rays comparing them on the screen to old x-rays. He talked me through my teeth and was very helpful. I hope this one stays longer, seems to be a very high turn around of NHS dentists in the past 3 or so years.

Dentist took time to explain things. All of the team were friendly, polite and welcoming.

Visited Treetops Dental for the first time last week - and what an exceptional experience it was indeed. I was greeted by a delightful receptionist and was seen within a matter of minutes of attending. Dr Asad was a consummate professional and very thorough with his treatment. His unequivocal attention to detail was refreshing. Well done to the team at Treetops - highly recommended and thank you.

As one of the older generation when younger a visit to a dentist was dreaded, over the many years of visiting Treetops this dread disappeared, and now a visit is no problem due to the courteous, friendly and professional team.

If you’re looking for a new dentist Google no more! From the warm welcome from Kerrie and India on reception to Vicki and Jodie on the clinical side, I cannot fault them. Jodie collected me, chatting and putting me at ease, introducing me to Vicki. Whilst this may seem basic, having had two disastrous experiences previously, it was very much appreciated.

Vicki and Jodie had great chemistry, they listened to me, understood me and explained every step. It’s too easy to slip, or to be put into the role of patient, here I felt informed and included, part of the team for my care. With radio on, a very relaxed informal environment was created, It was very ironic that ‘staying alive’ was playing during treatment! Is the ‘bopping’ a festive thing or available at other times of the year?

India took the time to explain the finance options, making sure that I had the best option to maximise the benefit and cost savings.

After two very unfortunate experiences at two different dentists, Treetops has restored my faith. Is it weird to be looking forward to going to the dentist to see all these ladies in the new year?!

Was seen as a new patient by Dr. Asad Butt today. He is a brilliant asset to the team. He is very professional, gentle and has a calming demeanour which puts you at ease. Everything was explained very well, accompanied by clinical photos of my teeth which helped better my understanding and motivate me with my oral health.

I've been coming to Treetops Dental Surgery for a number of years and can't praise them enough for the level of service and care they provide. My daughter had her first check up with Dr Reece and he was so patient and accommodating. The whole team are brilliant and my family and I are lucky to be patients here.

Excellent service from all the staff..from Kerri at reception, to Armandeep, Associate Dentist, and Stephen, Dental Technician. Going far beyond expectations .. They cannot be faulted in any aspect,
doing everything they can for all patients.. Friendly and efficient to a highly professional standard. What a transformation from NHS with brilliant dental plan. Followed recommendation from a patient of more than 40 years at this practice. Several teeth extracted and new denture. Excellent dental transformation. Now can eat and smile with confidence. Would 100% plus recommend Treetops Dental surgery and the dental plan.

I have to say this Dental surgery is fantastic. I had a scale and polish today with Emma, and her assistant and she was amazing. Really welcoming and very considerate. I was a little apprehensive but I was made to feel at ease. Thank you Emma and the receptionists are fantastic too. Great experience

This was a very brief visit for my 6 monthly check with Dr Reece. As always, the system was smooth and efficient and staff very friendly. Dr Reece is a lovely, pleasant man who puts the patient immediately at ease. He gave me a thorough check up and there were no issues. Happy patient!

I haven’t been to the dentist for years due to a bad experience. I was forced myself to go to the dentist due to severe toothache. It turns out I needed a few extractions and fillings. Vicki made me feel so comfortable, she explained everything she was doing and was very gentle. She was very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. I was so nervous for my first extraction and filling app due to all of the horror stories… my app took 45 mins and was painless. Vikki reassured me throughout my whole app / treatment process. Can’t wait for my next visit.
