Did an outstanding job

Professional, welcoming and caring attitude of the reception team whether a phone call or face to face, they are always happy to help, they are the front door to the service and do a fantastic job as working with the public requires a special kind of person and l think you have got a lovely team.
My dentist was fantastic and did an outstanding job with explaining processes, keeping me reassured and relaxed during my dental procedure.
