Being a nervous patient makes a trip to the dentist an anxious time. However Peter was lovely, explaining everything as he went.
Followed by a hygienist appointment with the lovely Emma. She was really gentle, explaining what was happening at each step and offering little breaks in between. It really made me feel a lot calmer in an anxious situation.

Excellent service
At all times the team at Treetops were efficient, kind, friendly, and understanding with my 87-year-old mother. She has always been very frightened of going to the dentist but she was made very comfortable and was reassured throughout, and treated with respect. The dentist made sure she was comfortable and not in pain, and informed us every step of the way of what to expect. She was very happy with the experience - thank you so much!

The dental treatment I received from Amit Pankhania and Emma was fantastic. Outstanding Service
I have been to a few dentists, Treetops is by far the best. I am over 50 and due to a bad experience when I was younger always scared me go to the dentist. Chris who carried out my treatment is fantastic. Reassuring and caring how the patient feels. My anxiety soon eliminated. Kay and Cindy are brilliant. Reception staff very helpful and extremely polite. The minute you walk into Treetops its a very nice atmosphere. Thank you.

I use Treetops for all my dental work. Sindy is my dentist and she is absolutely brilliant. She initially laid out the work that she was recommending together with a detailed schedule of the costs.
When in surgery she explains in detail what she is doing both before and during any procedure. The practice is super modern and has all the latest equipment that you would expect from such a professional setup. If you are looking for a dentist to look after you this is the place to go and I would personally highly recommend Sindy.
UPDATE 24/11/25
I had to visit the surgery at very short notice this morning after an emergency dental operation at my local A&E over the weekend . I saw Charlotte who examined the wound and gave me advice on how to ensure the healing process took place as quickly as possible. I normally see Cindy but it is very reassuring to know I can see someone as professional as Charlotte if Cindy is away. The staff at Treetops are all amazing.
