Wonderful staff that work there.

Friendly and inviting, the dentist explained everything in detail.
There were some discrepancies between the information given to me by the dentist and the receptionist about the dental plans available and when I conveyed to the receptionist that it confused me she said it confused her too.

I had an appointment on Wednesday. Vis and simi were informative about what was going on and linda and viv were very helpfull.

Both Amit and Emma are lovely and are very good at putting people at ease. I never feel rushed during my appointments.
The filling was pain-free which is always good!

Owing both to the pandemic and the fact that I had not been back to Treetops for almost 7 years I was more than pleased that they responded immediately to a painful problem I got just over three weeks ago. I was seen within 24 hours; diagnosed quickly and, although I thought that I might need an extraction, the problem was cured in 7 days with antibiotics. A further visit was arranged for 3 weeks later to check all was good, which it was, and this visit included lengthy advice on how to keep my teeth and gums in good working order. That visit I was asked if I wanted to see a hygienist and that was fitted in 2 days later. Overall, although I like many do not relish a visit to the dentist all went well and very promptly. When you first go to the dentist the first person you see is someone at reception. I must say that on each of the visits I found the staff very friendly and welcoming and quite happy to have a bit of banter to make me feel more at ease. I shall see them again in 6 months.

I recently needed emergency care for a broken tooth and two lost fillings. Treetops were able to offer me an appointment the day after I rang, when Dr Reece immediately sorted out my most urgent problem - a sharp fragment of my tooth catching on my tongue and causing a very painful ulcer,
We then arranged two appointments for consecutive weeks to deal with the large fillings.
I have been a patient with Dr Reece for a few years now and always find him extremely reassuring and friendly. He explains what he is doing and puts his patients at ease. Above all, he is an excellent dentist.
It provides great peace of mind to have our Dencare plan, which means all routine and emergency care is covered for my wife and myself.
On a general level, I think the Treetops team are a lovely, friendly bunch. They take most of the pain out of going to the dentist.
