Initially when arriving at the practice I was greeted by a smiling confident receptionist Laura. When going through to the surgery I was greeted by another smiling nurse. Treatment in surgery was excellent. Mr Patel was professional calm and reassuring. Explained everything that he was going to do and I didn't feel a thing. Top class treatment and service. Perfect team.
