So much empathy and patience
I am a really nervous patient, going to the dentist/hygienist makes me so anxious I usually end up in tears. Today I have been, had a clean and filling and honestly cant thank Katie and the full team enough. Its the first time I've left an appointment in a really long time not in tears. They all showed so much empathy and patience for me and also provided so much information to really help me take care of my teeth. I also had a fab experience having all my teeth scanned for my record and the lady who did this (sorry I forget your name) was also so kind, patient and understanding. Also gave me really great information on Denplan as I think it might be best to go private considering my fears. Thank you all so much, I really hope this is the beginning to the end of my fear of the dentist.
