Kind and understanding
My partner had an a emergency appointment via 111 and was extremely nervous due to me being unable to go with him. I rang the surgery up in the morning of his appointment and explained he may need some extra support and the receptionist was extremely kind and understanding. I believe Abigail treated him and what I heard back again was positive. Abigail was kind and understanding and put my partner at ease. I want to say a big thank you to everyone who helped my partner and even though it's a trek from our hometown in North Nottinghamshire we will certainly come back if we have anymore problems.
