My experience
Appointment went well but very disappointed to see that for my 2pm appointment I was unable to access the surgery until 2pm - thankfully I had my car so was able to go back and sit in it to wait but by 2pm there were a number of people waiting outside and I feel this is impractical for many reasons, weather conditions, lots of people having to register at the same time and at the time they were supposed to be being seen. I also have a disability which makes queuing extremely difficult for me and yet that’s now my only option if I book the first appointment in the afternoon which is my preference as then I can minimise my waiting time. I fully understand people need uninterrupted lunch breaks but surely they should be staggered and I allow the reception area to be open for 15 mins prior to the start of the afternoon clinic. My next appointment isn’t until January so hoping you will have resolved the issue by then as I don’t like the thought of having to wait outside in the winter months.

Thank you for your review! We apologise that the surgery wasn't open until 2pm, we do try and stagger lunch but this is not always possible due to staffing levels and unforeseen emergencies that run over time. We also do have to ensure that staff have their allocated breaks.

This was the first time we have used this dentist. We followed Mr Pal from Retford to Conisbrough. Mr Pal is an excellent dentist and the staff are really lovely. We are so pleased we changed dentist. Obviously it's a longer journey for us but it's well worth it. Thank you to everyone who made us feel welcome. See you all again in October. Ruth Owen
