Excellent dentists , the new young female dentist Eliza is great , the best dentist they have had , very sweet and she was excellent with the kids asked if they were alright all the time during treatment , and the receptionist was very sweet and helpful i highly recommend .

2 teeth removed

Had 2 teeth removed by Selena, absolutely brilliant, no pain or discomfort whatsoever and Selena talked and explained everything she was doing, don’t want to see anyone else I’m so happy and comfortable with her.

Very accommodating

The dentist was very nice and helpful. Made me feel very comfortable. Explained all about the different bands before treatment went ahead, making sure I chose what was right for myself payment and treatment wise. Very accommodating and made me feel very comfortable. First time in a long time I’ve felt like that in a dentists chair.

A positive outcome

Appointment time was on time, the dentist was very nice and made me feel at ease. The treatment was pain free and done in a timely manner and she talked me through the procedure. A positive outcome and very happy with the results

Made me feel valued as a customer

My appointment today was with a new dentist and have to say, it was a pleasant experience. He was genuinely interested in my oral history and read the notes in the system thoroughly, which as an NHS patient, rather than a private paying patient, made me feel valued as a customer. My previous appointments have been cancelled at short notice, I suspect due to private patients taking priority over an NHS patient but hoping this is a thing of the past now they have a new dentist on the team.
