Was really easy to book and then got a confirmation call day before to confirm my appointment. Was really easy to fill in my forms before my appointment. Once at the dentist I didn’t have to wait long until I was called in. Really informative information given by the doctor and all staff working there were really welcoming and polite throughout.

Brilliant
Jonny is absolutely brilliant. He makes my daughter feel so at ease and he talks to little kids with such compassion. I've learnt more about my teeth in 2 visits to Jonny than I have in the last 20 years. Can't say enough good things about him just sad to find out that he's leaving.

Made me feel very calm and relaxed
I have just been for my teeth cleaning and polishing with the hygienist at Genix dentist and I feel great! My teeth are looking and feeling amazing. Both times I have been to see him he has made me feel very calm and relaxed as I suffer with anxiety so this helps very much. Everyone at the practice are polite and welcoming.

Nothing was too much trouble
All the staff with whom I had any contact were extremely polite and helpful. Katie, my hygienist and her nurse, were very professional, thorough, friendly and thoughtful.
Nothing was too much trouble for anyone and they appeared happy to spend time conversing with me on subjects not linked to their role.

My experience today was exceptional and all the staff and dentist were very helpful and friendly.
