I had a deep clean with the hygienist Alan. I wasn’t looking forward to it as I hadn’t seen a hygienist for years because the last one I had was painful. However Alan did a thorough deep clean in a very careful and gentle way. I was very impressed.

I had an emergency appointment today.
From ringing up to having my treatment was brilliant. Reception staff were polite and friendly, very professional, to having treatment, the dentist was great with me as I’m quite an anxious client, he reassured me, talked it through with me and give me advice after my treatment

Calming and reassuring

Been to see Alan the hygienist today, all I can say is fabulous, I usually get numbed for a clean. But with Alan there was no need. Alan and his lovely nurse Cristina really put me at ease. The lovely ladies on reception were just their usual friendly self's Jess and Bev. The staff here are amazing, would highly recommend. Always friendly, kind and a smile.

Made me feel at ease
I have just seen a new dentist who has replaced Selina. I was a bit dubious as she was one of the best dentists I have seen. But her replacement is lovely. Made me feel at ease straight away, was gentle and explained things clearly.

Always a little apprehensive of going to the dentist but they made me so welcome and caring that it was quite enjoyable.
Unfortunately I fell off my mobility scooter on the way there and they we so concerned that i had to ring them to say I had returned home safely. Will certainly use this practice to future.
