Pretty much on time, fairly painless filling done, what can I say? It might hurt a bit if you haven't been looking after your teeth! I'd recommend white fillings, all previous amalgam ones fell out fairly quickly, this one has stayed put for a few weeks so hopefully won't fall out.

Visit to my hygienist

Alan my hygienist is a true gentleman in every respect, I visit him every 3 months for my check-up, he is thoroughly professional and puts my at ease, I have a clean and polish, a chat about the progress of my condition, then I’m on my way until my next appointment.
