10 min appointment booked for 3 replaced fillings
I was booked in following a check up for filling replacements. The appointment was 20 minutes late when I got to see the dentist (these things happen, no major issue) but as I sat done I was told I’d only had a 10 min appointment slot booked so I’d have to rebook. This wasted over an hour (including travel) out of my day and I then had to rebook for 3 months time. Really poor service and whilst I appreciate the team on the day wouldn’t necessarily know it left me very dissatisfied.

It was the first time I had visited Johnny, he was so very friendly, efficient and courteous.
I am very happy with the outcome, he was able to fill a very difficult broken tooth which is important to me as a musician.
