A great dentist
Continuous emails and a phone call to remind you of your appointment is great.
On the very rare times you have to wait longer than your stated appointment, all the staff and dentist apologise, which is genuine.
Having been with my particular dentist for a few years, I find her very chatty. Very informative and very professional.
She goes through everything in detail with me and explains the procedure in full. More importantly she is very gentle with me, because she knows that because I am a man, my pain threshold is less than that of a female’s.
I have a great dentist that I feel very comfortable to visit.

My dentist and her support staff, both were very understanding as I was very nervous. They talked me through everything and reassured me. I went for a tooth out and it’s was out before I knew it.
