Good customer service

Another positive visit to my Dentist. Receptionist as friendly as always. I phoned to say I might be a little late getting out of work, I actually wasn't, the receptionist though was very understanding, which I thought was exceptionally good customer service.

Excellent service as always , Marzena is very good and is always so pleasant, courteous, and very professional. My husband and I are always booked in together due to me being profoundly deaf.
