Explained everything in full

I saw the new NHS dentist Sabrina I think her name was. She was lovely and explained all my options which were better than I had been told before, she was gentle and explained everything in full. I went into the surgery full of anxiety due to previous negative experiences but left feeling calm. I felt she really listened to me
