Excellent experience from start to finish. The whole team was incredibly friendly and welcoming, with Sue on reception going above and beyond to make everything easy and stress-free.

Dr Ash Paul explained every stage of my treatment clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I also saw Prab, the hygienist, who was lovely and very professional. Every part of the procedure went smoothly, and I felt well looked after at all times.

To top it off, after my treatment was completed, the practice coordinator, Greg, called to check how I was doing and ask if there was anything else he could help with. Fantastic care and customer service throughout – highly recommended.

I have always been quite nervous of dentists, so I usually just stick to visiting the hygienist, Dianne—who has basically kept my teeth healthy over the years and knows exactly how to handle me (probably better than I handle myself in that chair!). She’s a wonderful character and somehow always manages to put me at ease. However, after breaking a tooth just before Christmas, I had no choice but to brave it. The team were incredible—they fitted me in the very next day for an emergency temporary repair.

From the very first call, I felt supported. Sue, who booked my appointment, could tell I was nervous and was so kind and reassuring. When I arrived, she even came and sat with me in the waiting room, chatting gently and giving me tips to help me stay calm.

In the new year, I came back for a proper check-up and was lucky enough to see Ash. He was absolutely amazing. He immediately put me at ease—taking the time to talk first, really understand how I felt, and then carrying out a thorough check-up before sitting down with me again to explain everything.

What really surprised me was that Ash didn’t just talk about the condition of my teeth—he also asked how I felt about them. I hadn’t realised how much their appearance had been affecting my confidence. I had put staining and thinning enamel (from things like coffee, red wine, smoking, and some medical factors) down to “just getting older” and assumed nothing could be done.

Six months later, after whitening treatment and some subtle composite work on my front teeth, I honestly feel like a different person. I’m smiling again—and proudly—which is such a lovely feeling that I had forgotten.

I had been very reluctant to have any dental work done due to bad experiences in my 20s, where I felt I’d had unnecessary treatment, along with pain and cost concerns. I also live on a tight budget, which I made clear from the start. Ash completely respected that, took the time to explain everything in detail and never once made me feel pressured. During treatment, he was calm, gentle, and reassuring throughout, supported by the lovely Ruby.

If you’re nervous about going to the dentist, like I was, please do give St Anne's House a call—you will be in the safest, kindest hands.

I’m now happily booked in for regular 6‑monthly check-ups to keep my smile just the way it is.

I visited Dr. Kanika Kohli at the end of March for a crown replacement and I was extremely satisfied with the whole experience. In the end, we also managed to solve a few other dental issues during my visits.

Dr. Kohli was very accommodating with timing and everything was handled incredibly quickly and efficiently. The new crown fits perfectly — honestly the best fitting crown I’ve ever had. No awkward biting, no discomfort, just perfect from the start. 😄

I can highly recommend both the clinic and Dr. Kohli.

She offers advice on good teeth hygiene and the latest practices and always provides a first class service putting you at ease if you're feeling anxious. She is an asset to St Anne's House Dental.

Always professional, easy to book, and the kids are free in the NHS. They saved a tooth once too!

Emergency consultation at short notice with very helpful explanation of the problem and possible options and timescale for them. Immediate help with antibiotics to relieve the discomfort and a follow up in a weeks time.
