Great customer service & for a nervous patient, was made to feel comfortable & could trust my dentist to look after me

It was my six-monthly hygienist appointment with Prab today. Thanks to her continuing care and the advice she has given on how to get the best from my home brushing, today’s appointment felt more like a tooth spa rather than a visit to the dentist. Relaxing music, her care, and supportive feedback made the whole experience incredibly easy and calming.

Top class practice - the staff is professional, attentive and provides an excellent service. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending to anyone!

Very friendly and professional service. I was very pleased to have a quick and pain free root canal treatment for a tooth with an abscess that my NHS dentist had been unable to treat. The tooth was therefore saved when I was expecting to need an extraction. Thank you St Anne’s!

Always happy to attend this practise as the staff and environment are so welcoming. Would definitely recommend to anyone due to the professionalism and caring nature of everyone there

Fantastic practice all round. Four outstanding staff - Harshil my dentist, Diane my hygienist, Manjit and my dental nurse Ruby... what a cracking Team! I am a nervous patient and high maintenance and these people go above and beyond from check in to leaving. Couldn't recommend this practise highly enough..

From registering with Tracy over the phone to Tracy welcoming me to the practice when I arrived, Tracy made me feel relaxed as we chatted away. I was then escorted upstairs by Tracy to meet Ash

Patient journeyis seamless from walking in the door and being greeted by the professional reception team especially Tracy who goes over and beyond to make you feel at home
Bikram and Kanika my dentists provide professional care taking time to explain everything and then following up with a treatment plan to let me know treatment and costs upfront so no hidden surprises later on, this also allows you to budget for your treatments.
Also felt in safe hands in the chair thanks to the lovely dental nurses in particular my nurses were Sarah and Gracie on different occasions

I bring my children to the practice and we're always greeted with smiling faces at reception- my kids enjoy the warming atmosphere and relaxed feel that they get from all the staff. A special mention to Rachel, their dentist. She is always encouraging and knows the right techniques to use to get my very nervous children to have their checkups done with ease.

I recently had an outstanding experience at the dental practice of Dr. Ash Paul, and I can’t speak highly enough of the care I received. Dr. Paul is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain every step of my treatment, making sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout. His attentive, reassuring manner made what could have been a stressful visit feel completely manageable.

A special mention also goes to Ruby, Dr. Paul’s nurse, who works seamlessly alongside him. Their teamwork is evident—efficient, professional, and with a warm bedside manner that truly puts you at ease.
