I’ve had an exceptional experience with Dr. Harshil Patel and his team—Prab, the hygienist, and Gracie, the nurse. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely cared for. Dr. Patel takes a truly holistic approach to dentistry, not just treating the issue at hand but considering my overall health and comfort. He takes the time to explain every step, which really puts me at ease.
Prab is incredibly thorough and gentle during cleanings, with a calming presence that makes what used to be a stressful experience actually pleasant. And Gracie the dental nurse is warm, attentive, and always ready with a reassuring smile—she truly makes you feel like you're in safe hands.
Together, they make a fantastic team. The care they provide goes beyond the technical—they’re compassionate, patient-focused, and clearly committed to delivering the highest standard of care. I can’t recommend them enough!

Crown fitting
I needed a crown fitting (upper molar) and a replacement filling.
The temporary crown was so well fixed that my Dentist had to drill at the edges to get it out. It had certainly felt very secure whilst it was in.
The injections were sufficient but not too long-lasting, which was nice, and I was also given rest periods to close my mouth.
My teeth had been 'scanned' ahead of treatment and I was given a 3D printed version of them all. My granddaughter was fascinated.
