Rachel was brilliant and very professional.
The assistant wasn't good, though. She didn't pay attention to me the patient and even the dr had to tell her quite basic things.

I only booked for a 3d scan, as this dental practice is only one of the few in my area with the necessary scanner. The staff were really helpful, friendly and efficient. I was in and out again in a few short minutes with my scan successfully completed... Very happy customer.

I have found every aspect of my cosmetic dentistry experience first class, from reception, hygienist and in particular my Dentist Dr Bikram, who from my first visit took the time to analyze my requirements in depth, discuss with me the possibilities and then carry out the dentistry in an extremely professional and competent way, resulting in my teeth far exceeding my expectations. My dentist Harshil seems to be a very good dentist. Always explains any procedure thoroughly & cares about the patient’s comfort and understanding of what is going to happen and always concerned for the safety of the patient. Does not rush through any part of the appointment & makes sure any questions are fully answered!
The (new) dental nurse, Eleanor, was very good ensuring the music was to my liking! She’s the best nurse I have encountered at St. Annes - her use of the suction piece was excellent and I’m aware that it is a skill to make sure all water is evacuated properly! Considering I am one of those people who finds it difficult not to swallow the water during any work being done ~ she’s mastered it!
Receptionists are always very helpful & knowledgeable ~ the only downside of the whole appointment is having to pay, but that is inevitable!
Overall, a 5 star dental surgery all round.
Only one minor criticism / observation is the state of the inside entrance wall - needs some remedial work & paint; only seen on leaving, as mainly behind front door. This could be due to damp & front door hitting when opened.
