St Anne's House Cookham's Dental Practice

Very good practice!

After vising this business for many years, I think it's time for me to leave a honest review.

Dr Harjot Bansal (one of the brilliant dentists working at this practice) has taken very good care of my mouth and teeth. I had him replace some silver amalgam filling (which were over 30 years old and leaking) with composite and he did a very good job! I also had other health issues, which affected the linings of my mouth, and he promptly referred me to the best specialists, and he has always advised me with my best interests in mind. He take his time to understand your general health and how that may impact the health of your mouth and teeth, and he does the best he can to plan checks and related work accordingly. I am very satisfied by his work.

Over the years I have also had the pleasure of being treated by a couple of hygienists at this practice, and I am very satistifed by their work. Almost painless cleaning, and very good results. Even the hygienists take their time to fully understand the status of your health to work out the best treatment possible for you.

The ladies at the reception are always very kind, friendly, and make the whole process absolutely smooth.

I cannot recommend this practice enough.

I attended St Anne's House for a Hygienist visit with Prabjyot. She was professional and friendly making me feel immediately at ease. Prabjyot cleaned and polished my teeth gently but thoroughly and also advised me of the best oral hygiene products to maintain my oral health. Thank you.

Visit the hygienist every 3 or 4 months. Always on time, friendly, supportive and professional. Been using the practice for 40 years or so. Keep going back!

Very good technically and in patient care

My daughter came in to see Kanika, she was very nervous but had a massive smile on her face at the end of her appointment. She said it was painless and fun, thank you Kanika and staff for making her experience a very nice and fun one 😊

I returned to St Annes last year having moved back into the area. I am very impressed by the service I have received from everyone. My dentist, Rohan, is exceptionally good at informing me of what is needed, what is going well and of any procedures that may be required together with the rationale behind them. I would highly recommend St Annes to anyone.

I have been a patient of St Annes for over 30 years. I am the most ridiculously nervous patient ! I had a double filling apt last Thursday with Rohan .. I arrived a nervous wreck full of anxiety.. Rohan could not have been any more reassuring or kinder to me. I was in the chair for nearly 2 hours and at the end I can honestly say I actually felt calm. He really was brilliant.. thank you Rohan.

I remain very impressed by Diane and the treatment I received. The Reception staff were efficient but not as friendly as they have been in the past.

Harj, Prab and Alex do a superb job on what are not the finest of teeth! The dental work has made a vast improvement in my dental hygiene and wellbeing.

I have been using this practice for the last eleven years and have always had excellent service from the entire team without exception.
Yesterday I had a six-implant full upper jaw bridge surgery. The planning, execution and care that Dr Ash Paul put into this process was phenomenal. His attention to detail, application of state-of-the-art techniques, communication and the personal care he provided was absolutely first class. The team that backed him also achieved that same level of excellence. There is no better.

Excellent customer services and treatment.

Very good visit to hygienist, Prab, today. Always very thorough and careful , explains clearly and has a lovely friendly manner.

Staff were very attentive and put me at ease. Now commencing a care plan without waiting a lengthy time.

This person left a star rating but no comment.

I’ve just seen Rohan Verma and he was excellent. He was friendly, calming and reassuring. I was in a lot of pain with a cracked tooth and infection and he sorted me out super efficiently. His local anaesthetic technique was perfect and the tooth extraction very well done - over in a matter of seconds. Such a relief. Thank you so much Rohan.

Excellent treatment yesterday from Alex, the Hygienist. She comes with a very high recommendation from me, but I don't want her to get too popular, as it may then be difficult to get a future booking with her. (ha ha) Cheers Mark
