Alex the hygienist is really good. She is patient, understanding of me being a nervous patient, explains everything well and carries out the cleaning with care and precision. I particularly like the emphasis on prevention of teeth and gum problems at this practice.

The dentist received me even when they were fully booked and closing already. I had an issue which had to be dealt with urgently and receptionist along with nurse just took me in without hesitation. Much appreciated. The antibiotics prescribed worked perfectly and also dentist was so nice to me, explained everything to me.

Very happy with service. Alex the hygienist who I’ve just been to is great. Very skilled at dealing with my teeth. Never causes pain and I never seem to have any problems even though my flossing is a bit rubbish!

The team at St Annes is very warm and friendly. Ash is a superb dentist. Made me feel very comfortable even when ticking me off for not cleaning my teeth properly. He clearly cares about his patients and wants me to have healthy teeth!

So glad you felt comfortable even when asked to clean your teeth properly !!
We are lucky to have such a good dentist who takes a lot of time with his patients.When Ash first took over the practice 8 years ago the patient exam was always 10 minutes. He changed that to 30 minutes throughout at no extra cost to ensure he could spend more time assessing his patient needs.
We have a practice meeting today so I will pass your comments on to the team.
