I was highly impressed by the team at St Anne's. I was referred here for a wisdom tooth extraction by my NHS dentist. I met I believe Louise who took all my details and referred my case to Pav. I was then swiftly called back with a breakdown of costs for the procedure - everything was very clear and I also felt a very good price! My appointment was booked and there was good communication about what to expect and the new regulations for Covid. The team did a wonderful job putting me at ease as I am a very nervous patient - Louise did a fabulous job of distracting me and Pav took the time to explain everything. After all the worry the extraction was swift and dare I say relatively painless. Really impressed with the whole team and will recommend without hesitation.

I have been a patient at this practice, dare I say, for 34 years first with Robin and now with Ash.
I have been having some ongoing problems with my upper left molars but it has been difficult to isolate the issue. Ash spent a great deal of time last week, carrying out a series of experiments to determine the problem which sadly is a hairline crack across two of my teeth. The problem can be resolved with a cap and if it is anything like the white coloured front filling he did three years ago, it will be an outstanding job. He explained just what would happen, the time and cost involved and how quickly or not so quickly I needed to deal with the issue. I am a great believer in understanding the totality and that gives me confidence in the process.
The team in reception is outstanding. I feel welcomed and at home and not a bit like a dentist. They are always supportive and helpful.

It was kind of you to do a review and rating. We had regular weekly Zoom meetings through out lock-down(who new about Zoom before !! ) ,which has really helped the team to come back with such a positive attitude especially with all the changes now in place.
As you are aware we have tried to lesson the amount of time patients have in the practice,hence either waiting in their car or outside if local or if they don't use a mobile phone until the dentist/Hygienist is ready to see them.I can completely understand your frustration being kept waiting as you said especially as you were the first appointment.My sincere apologies for this we will try our upmost to make sure this does not happen again.
