A routine appointment but I am glad to have got it done in case we do have a second wave of COVID 19 in the winter! It was easy to get an appointment and on arrival I was reassured by how well the surgery was organised. Their system ensured that the waiting room was empty, hand sanitiser was given on entering the building, and they seemed well on top of infection control measures, PPE etc.
As always the staff were professional, friendly, efficient, and made me feel at ease.

As always the care at this practice is second to none.
Very friendly and helpful staff who go out of their way to meet the needs of clients.
I had an emergency and they found an appointment that day with follow up treatment the following week.
It doesn't matter which of the dentists or hygienists you see, the quality of the care is of the highest standard.

First visit since lockdown. Booked in for an emergency appointment for a temporary filling. New safety measures and procedures involving PPE quite difficult and strange for dentists and patients, but my procedure was carried out effectively and successfully and I was delighted and thankful to be back!

During lockdown for COVID-19 I had an incredibly painful wisdom tooth and was struggling greatly at home. I rang the surgery and was phoned by Dr Verma within a couple hours and he took me through many questions to diagnose and treat the problem. He sorted out prescriptions for me to my local pharmacy and continued calling and checking up on me through the week. I cannot speak highly enough about the service given to me in such challenging times. Thank you so much to the surgery for supporting me from home. I am pain-free now!!

Hi Libby, Thank you for your review. Although we have not been able to open the welfare of our patients is absolutely paramount to us. Ash our principal dentist as soon as lockdown happened put a system in place for our patients to call when they needed to. I am so glad this has worked successfully for you. Really great Dentist and Hygienist. I travel over an hour to come here and have always been impressed by the professionalism and friendly 'pain free' service they offer. The reception team are really great too - I feel very well looked after by Mel who treats me and the family so well.

Julie came from Dental school to St Anne's House and has been with us ever since. Not only is she an extremely good dentist, but Julie is also a very talented Circus skills performer, and last year was involved in an advert with Davina Mccall.
