St Anne's House Cookham's Dental Practice

The reception staff and dental nurses at St Anne’s Dental practice always wear a smile and go above and beyond to make a patient feel supported and comfortable. I was seen by Dr Verma who was incredibly professional, patient, knowledgable and applied his skills not only through experience but additional dental courses as well. He has a very calm aura and provided advise and solutions in a clean and concise manner. 1st class service all round!

I had a great experience having dental treatment at this practice. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially my dentist Rohan, which helped to put me at ease. I would definitely recommend this place!

Fantastic experience at the practice. Really welcoming reception staff and then the most reassuring and effective treatment for. Dr Verma. He made me feel that he truly cared for the long term health of my teeth and empowered me to make the decisions about my treatment. With that approach I felt that i could really trust him. No one likes going to the dentist, It's a chore right? I was putting off going to get a check up for a long time as I hated my [at the time] current dental practice, it just wasn't a comfortable experience. I was recommend St Anne's from a friend and as I was starting to experience tooth pain I decided to make the call and go for check up. I WISH I WENT SOONER. I sadly had to have a root canal, which if you ask anyone, is a horrible experience but you know what? Rohan was exceptional, I genuinely nearly fell asleep during the treatment of a root canal... impossible as it sounds! I have since been back several times in the last months to see Rohan to get every tooth problem sorted and I can say I'm over the moon with the quality of work that has been done. I also can't say all of this without mentioning the the hygienists (I can't remember her name sadly) but again so welcoming and incredible at her job I booked to see her again in the new year because my teeth have never felt so amazing after seeing her. SO...get down there, get your teeth looked at and I promise you, you will never go to another dentist again.

I received the best possible care and attention while suffering from a hard to locate tooth ache. I was fortunate to be allocated an emergency appointment on the day too and all was sorted with great customer care as I was experiencing a lot of pain.

Very high quality treatment and a lot of care and attention given to patients. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. As a member of the ‘heavy metal’ generation I have had a fair bit of work done. Treatment and options are always discussed, including cost.

Good reception, appointments on time in spite of the new Covid regulations which were strictly enforced. Thorough clean up with subsequent good advice. Re-assuring annual check up with good advice for the future planning and maintenance for my mouth.

Excellent practice where all areas of customer service are first class

For someone whose fear of the dentist had kept me away for far too long, I could not be more delighted to have found a dentist, in Rohan, who not only understands those fears but works so hard to ensure you are both pain free and reassured throughout. When the nurse is singing along, Louise, you get a sense that all is good. Michelle and the front of house team are a credit to the practice. Can only highly recommend the team at St Anne’s House.

My dental problem was fixed promptly and efficiently. My whole experience was excellent.

My husband and i saw Diane (hygienist)on 26 Sept.We were late due to an unexpected road closure,but Diane,very accomodating as she usually tries to be,still managed to see us both so that we did not have to rebook.Everyone at this practice,in my experience,goes out of their way to provide exceptional customer service.I would thoroughly reccommend St Anne's House.I have been going there for many years and the staff are extremely helpful and professional.

We've been with this practice for a good few years - location is great, plenty of free parking available but limited time which is fine; the staff on front desk are always so welcoming and friendly and the Dentists/Nutritionists and support staff are brilliant - very knowledgeable, honest but kind (i.e. floss more!). I would recommend this practice....

Great friendly service, from the receptionists, the hygienists and the dentists. Good support and help for nervous patients too.
