Treated with kindness
Thank you for your support when bringing my mother-in-law for her appointment. This is a stressful event for her as she has dementia and would prefer not to come. From the friendly receptionist to the dentist and nurse we were treated with kindness and this makes a difference. Thank you.

I felt valued as a patient
The Hygienist picked up a small concern and discussed it with me and then asked my permission to use an alternate treatment. The Dentist then saw me and fully discussed future treatment. He gave me plenty of opportunity to ask questions and answered them fully showing me my x-ray on a large screen and then showed me a model of a mouth to explain more fully. I felt valued as a patient and assured as to my treatment
