The staff were brilliant
I recently brought along my mother-in-law who is suffering with dementia to the clinic. I was very grateful for the care she received which was patient, kind and professional. This was not an easy appointment and the staff were brilliant, receptionist, dentist and medical assistant.

Implant fitted
I had my implant fitted two hours ago with no pain at all, no bleeding, took some painkillers as a precaution but everything is good at the moment, just having a bite to eat, I have been using an ice pack as advised.

The check up with the dentist was excellent as usual. Professional and quick whilst also being thorough and with an excellent manner. I was not so happy with the experience with the hygienist. I did not like the water machine which spattered everywhere, and she also used a drill like machine which felt as if I was having a filling, and caught a nerve. She made my gums bleed quite badly but I had to ask to rinse as this was not offered. Also she replicated one of the actions the dentist himself did, measuring the gums, and this was not needed. The previous hygienist got excellent results without using any machines. Also, this time the hygienist was quite fierce and I was worried she was going to dislodge one of my crowns. Overall a very stressful experience.

Dentist takes time to explain
Clean and modern surgery and all at ground floor level. All staff very friendly and polite. Dentist takes time to explain his findings and possible treatments, always giving me the options and choice.

Wonderful care
It was wonderful care I received during my recent visit. Dr. Prasad incredibly took the time to explain the process thoroughly and he was very gentle during the treatment. I am confident about the dental treatment I received.
