Care and kindness

I have been a patient at Park Road Dental Care for over 20 years. Jeni and the team have consistently delivered a person-centred approach with care and kindness in a relaxed atmosphere. Because of the outstanding care, I now bring my toddler who is building an invaluable positive experience at the dentist.

The receptionist Tracy's calm, patient endurance with a patient and escort when they arrived at the wrong time and took no accountability for the mistake themselves. Well done ! And good customer care for Simon fitting them in.

Urgent appointment!

Having experienced some pain for a few days, I rang the practice to book an appointment. I was given an appointment for later that day to see Simon. He checked the problem area, carried out some minor treatment, and advised on some specific home care. Although still not totally pain-free, the pain is definitely reduced.
