Jane Foster’s manner, attention to detail, explaining everything I should expect with both upper and lower dentures and then calling me later in the day just to check up on how everything was going - 10/10.
Unfortunately she was let down by the denture lab, delaying the fitting by a further week!

I had a couple of tooth issues over the weekend - explained what they were over the phone first thing Monday (there is a numbered queuing system on the phone that reassures while waiting), and got an appointment that afternoon.
Arrived at my allocated time and waited five minutes to be seen which I can cope with.
Normally I shun the numbing injections as I don’t like the feel of it going in but knowing I needed a fair bit of work I decided to have one this time - and the jab itself was virtually painless! Why can’t all dentists inject like this?

The entire time I was in the room I was having efficient and quality service. Whole mouth inspection and cleanup while waiting for the anaesthetic to kick in and then straight to rebuilding my tooth.
I’ve never been scared of the dentist but don’t normally relish the thought either. Based on today's experience I can genuinely say I’m looking forward to my check-up in a year's time and if I do encounter any tooth trouble between now and then I know I’ll be in good hands when I go to get it sorted.
